Ham has always been my favorite meat but strangely enough, I’ve never had ham salad. This looks delicious and I will definitely be making it soon. Now I’m wondering if I can find a pastured pig around me somewhere–I’m sure I would love ham even more!

Trust me, it’s delicious!

We get an organic kind of celery that is so far beyond the crap you buy at the grocery store, in terms of taste, smell and texture, it’s really unbelievable. Now, having said that, chopped nuts like pecans would be marvelous in the salad, if you’re determined to leave the celery out.

This looks oddly good! I’m not a fan of celery, though, so I’d omit that. ; )
