Live Real. Eat Real.

Look! Over There!

No, not here:  there!

I have a guest post at the immensely popular Paleo Parents blog – you know, the folks who brought us the wonderful cookbook of paleo-friendly kid recipes, Eat Like A Dinosaur.  Today, I’m discussing The Young One’s Strange Diet.

Hop on over and give it a look-see, and if you don’t follow them already, you really, really should!

Great post and congrats on the guest spot.

When I was in college I always was on the cafeteria meal plan even though I lived off campus. This was a big timesaver since I treated school like a 9-5 job. Go to class, go to the library, eat lunch, class, library, lift weights, library, dinner, go home and study some more (electrical engineering). Anyway I wasn’t crazy about the food but they had a decent salad bar that I basically lived off of, and good milk since it was an ag college. Anyway, a well stocked salad bar can be a lifesaver for a college kid trying to avoid a lot of crap.
